    Who gets paid?

    The wallet that launched the winning creator through Clout, which is also the coin's on-chain creator.

    Why an average?

    So it can't be won in one candle. Caps are read every 20 seconds; a creator has to hold its value across the round.

    What if nobody qualifies?

    The pot rolls over and the next round plays for more.

    What is the buyback & burn?

    20% of every $CLOUT fee claim buys $CLOUT on the market and burns it in the same transaction. Every burn is listed with its transaction on the Flywheel page.

    Do I keep my creator's own fees?

    Yes. Your coin's pump.fun creator fees are yours. The agency pays on top, from $CLOUT.

    Are the creators real?

    No. Every creator is a fictional character, including the house roster on this page.
